PDA Web Site Help Topics
This page contains a list of help topics for the fields, drop-down lists, and check boxes on the PDA Web site.
Area Prefix
Click the check box that corresponds to the area prefix you would like to search. You can check more than one check box to search multiple areas.
As you select Area Prefix(es), the Areas field to the right will display the list of areas that are contained within the area prefix(es) you've selected.
Areas
This field displays the areas contained in the area prefix(es) you selected from the Area Prefix group. You must select at least one Area Prefix before the form will display anything in this field.
Click on the area you would like to search. After you select an Area you can choose your subareas from the Subarea field to the right.
Subarea
This field displays the list of subareas contained in the area you selected from the Areas field to the left.
Click the subarea(s) you would like to include in your search. Each time you single-click a subarea, the form removes it from the Subarea field and places it in the Selected field. If you want to remove a subarea from the Selected field, simply click on it in the Selected field and the form will move it back to the Subarea field.
Selected
This field displays the subareas you selected from the Subarea field to the left. Pocket Full of Listings will use this list of subareas to limit which listings it downloads into your PDA. Your PDA will contain only listings that are within the list of subareas in the Selected field (and which also meet the other criteria you specify in the Price and Status groups).
If you would like to remove a subarea from this field, click on the subarea. The PDA Search page will move the subarea back to the Subarea field.
Status
You can use the check boxes in the Status group to exclude certain statuses. If you would like to exclude Pending listings, check the Exclude Pending Listings check box. To exclude Auction listings, check the Exclude Auction Listings check box.
Agents
If you would like to download an Agent Roster with all of the agents in your company, check the in my Broker check box. To download an Agent Roster with all of the agents in your MLS, check the in my MLS check box.
If you don't check either check box, you only download an Agent Roster for the agents who have listings that match your search criteria.
